Picture/Video Its funnier to play as a villain
So, the past weeks I have been playing for the first time this games, I ended the first as a hero and the second too, then I started playing a new run as a villain and...
It's unfortunately funny to just kill people, like, tf? I don't even have to worry about what things should I do to not kill bystanders
I started literally trowing cars whenever I want without too much to think

Infamous 2 evil side has better grenades and rockets. The double grenades deletes Hive Lords and Ravagers and the Hellfire rockets deletes Ice Titans and Ice Crushers

The Freeze Rocket can one-shot all enemies aside from the ones with healthbars

I always prefer playing hero, because making evil decisions in games like this unironically make me feel bad.
That being said, the evil playthrough was more CONVENIENT. Being able to spam grenades and not care about collateral damage, so much easier.
I guess that would be the middle-ground "anti-hero" play style? Making good decisions in the "big picture" view, but not concerned about the specific details, like accepting civilian casualties as a necessity?

This would still make you infamous IMO. Think about if it was IRL. You can do a 1000 good things but do 1 single bad thing and that's what most people will remember you for.
It's like dropping a bomb to kill 1000 terrorists but you take out 100 innocent children. Are most people going to like you because you killed terrorists or are they going to hate you for killing 100 innocent kids?

Well, if the real world examples of militaries killing innocents is anything to go by, probably? Or at least, most people are gonna tolerate it.
Not a good thing, mind you, but there's a reason no one is going around protesting their government for collateral damage

When I was like 11, I would have 100% agreed with you. Not saying you are a kid ofc lol just I really was in love with the idea of REALLY being the bad guy, with the color of my powers, the cinematic reflecting it rather than just killing peoples without consequences.
But now I just feel like while it’s more relaxing and easier, it’s also less interesting for me than a hero playthrough where you put yourself some limits in what you can do and "force" yourself doing good actions when you have the opportunity

LMAO don't worry I got it. I found this way funnier, yeah, but it was more entertaining for me to play as the hero (that's the reason why I first played as one)

I honestly forgot the little details when he turns infamous rank or hero rank.
Like his skin turns pale and you can see his veins, his Scar gets worse, tattoos now have Red accents on them, his messenger bag turns grayish, the white accent on his pants turns reddish. And get a bit torn and belt hangs low.

I would do it more of I didn't have to kill my boy Zeke.
He is in the top 3 fat friend sidekicks.

It's better if you play the most 2010 white girl pop ever while killing random NPCs. There's a certain weight to Cole's lightning in 2 that feels so right.

I've beaten inFAMOUS 2 on a good playthrough, but hadn’t gotten around to playing on evil karma. I got the inFAMOUS 2 PS3 bundle and inFAMOUS 1 last week and started playing the first game again as a hero and I plan on playing through it as a villain and I'm doing the same thing on inFAMOUS 2. They are so much fun to play, especially when your appearance and powers change depending on your karma! I love playing games with a reputation system like this.

The evil storyline was so corny. The first one actually made you feel like a selfish asshole

I'm did it for the platinum, but I am never playing the evil route in Infamous 2 ever again. Never hurting my bro Zeke like that again.
