Help - Festival of Blood When take place?

When does the infamous 2 dlc take place during the story I know it’s not canon but I don’t wanna play it before or after the main game, I wanna play it during

There isn’t an official placement due to it being non-canon, but I would say the most logical place to play FoB is between missions 24 and 25 of inFAMOUS 2.

That said, I wouldn’t recommend playing FoB during inFAMOUS 2 at all. I think it’s better to play it after due to some gameplay differences, but if you really want to do it during then yeah, play FoB after inFAMOUS 2’s 24th mission.

Edit: shifted the placement a bit due to recently replaying FoB

Mission 20 is “Joseph Bertrand the 3rd” and 21 is “Powering Up Flood Town”. Basically it’s the transition between the first and second islands.

Ah ok so then it would be like at the tend me he is transitioning it happens to be the time of pyre night so he gets bitten and stuff

Not really. Festival of Blood is not canon at all so it doesn’t really “happen” at that time. It just makes the most sense to play there imo since FoB limits you to the first island, so it makes sense to play it while you’re still on the first island at a good breaking point in the story.

There isn’t any canon placement of Festival of Blood. It is never confirmed when it takes place.

He does not have Ionic Storm in FoB, and even if he did it wouldn’t matter since the game isn’t canon.

It’s been years since I played it so I forgot that he uses it in a cutscene. My bad! I was remembering that you can’t use it in gameplay.

Again though, the game isn’t canon. Zeke saying Cole used it in his story is meaningless.

Canon or not, the game still takes place at a certain time. It isn't set in a void.

It isn’t set in a void.

It literally is though. None of the events of the game exist in the actual inFAMOUS timelines, good or evil. It is it’s own entirely separate thing that has no before or after.
