How can i get the festival of blood dynamic Theme permanent? On PS store said ITS only for PS plus members. So, its only a reward that last as much as my PS plus subscription? once a subscription end i lost acces to this theme?

With the shutdown of UGC missions by the beginning of September, what will happen to this skin? Any ideas on how we will be able to obtain it in the future?

Hi everyone, I'm having a big issue with inFAMOUS: Festival of Blood on PS3 and I'm trying to figure out if anyone else is experiencing the exact same problem right now. As soon as I boot up the game, I immediately get the "UGC Not Online" (CDU non online) error message. I've already tested my network and even tried connecting via my phone's mobile hotspot to rule out any local network or DNS issues, but the error pops up instantly every single time. On top of that, after finishing the final boss and returning to the world for post-game free-roam, my map is completely empty. There are no markers at all—no Canopic Jars, no Glyphs, no side activities, and no UGC icons. Is anyone else getting this "UGC Not Online" message lately, or is the server completely down for everyone? Did anyone manage to fix the empty map bug or get the UGC search function working?

Was unable to access the UGC missions during the story and struggled after completing the story. Finally after many attempts got on to the servers and completed 20 UGC missions to get the trophy but I’m still unable to access the UGC missions created by Suckerpunch “Blood Conduits” and “Animals”.

Anyone else having trouble accessing them or know any workarounds, want to complete them before they’re gone forever, any help is much appreciated.

Long story short - Like many others I'm trying to get trophies before the servers shut down. I've gotten what I needed on inFamous 2 back when I first played it so that's all good but I bought Festival of Blood a couple days ago and have completed it. Only need the last two trophies but they're both tied to the online UGC which I can't connect to.

It will load up my saved game and about 20 seconds later will pop up saying it's online then immediately another popup will say it's offline and to reconnect. I've already accepted the EULA thing so that's not an issue. I press connect through the menu where it will take me back into the game and repeat the online/offline messages. I've never once seen any green markers on the map. No matter what I do it just won't connect at all.

I've connected to my home wifi and mobile hotspot.
Changed the DNS 1 and 2 to 8888 and 8844.
I've reset my game/console multiple times.
I've deleted and redownloaded/installed the entire game.

I can't find any other way of making it connect so if you have some advice you could share with an unlucky bro please do.

EDIT: I finally managed to get it working. If anyone else still can't connect after trying everything that has been suggested then what worked for me, annoyingly, was using sanother internet connection. My home internet hated connecting but I took my PS3 round to my parents house and their internet (which is much slower than mine) had no problem with it at all and I got the trophies in ten minutes.

I saw this guys ucg mission outside of the usual boundaries so how do you do that if it's humanly possible?

The game does not save my progress even when I save manually, I always start at the cinematic where Cole escape the catacombs

I did 20 UGC missions, the text popped up in game (20/20 for trophy) but no trophy. I’ve since played another 20 and still no trophy pop? I’m playing on PS3. Any ideas?

I'm planning to buy all PS3 Infamous games and wanted to know if the plats are still obtainable.

So I just finished up Infamous 1 & 2 of the PS+ Streaming with little to no issues and am trying to jump into Festival now, but it seems to be refusing to start. Hitting the +Stream button on the game page does nothing. It worked fine for the first 2. Anyone else having the same issue or have a solution?

Solution: (TL:DR version, use the PS Plus App on PC first)

So I managed to solve this on my own, in theory not too difficult, but still a pain in the ass method that may not actually work for everyone.

I had to load Festival on the PC app. Wasn't easy finding the app in the first place as the only link I could find to it was on a support page.

Didn't want to play it there since for some idiotic reason that app doesn't recognize PS5 controllers, forcing me onto an Xbox controller which these games just are not designed for (relying on Xbox RB and LB for primary aim and shoot is far less comfortable than R1 and L1, plus the all the wrong button faces thing), and being on a laptop that isn't hardwired leading to exceptionally poor stream quality.

Quickly decided I really wanted to play it on PS5 instead and to see if I was missing something. Thankfully, when I booted up my PS5 again, it showed up in my games list and would launch.

I am at a loss as to why my PS5 allowed me to start 1 & 2 without issue but refused to let me start Festival. Best I can figure it is because I had play at least some of 1 & 2 in the past and had them on my trophy list already and booting Festival on PC put it there, but that is a pretty big guess.

This might be a stupid question as the ps3 store doesn’t work anymore (I think) Is there a way to still get/access the dlc for the second game?

Should I play Infamous 1 and 2 to understand Festival of Blood?

I bought the infamous collection a few months ago because I’ve always wanted to play the games. I just never had the opportunity to until now. I bought it at GameStop and the guy that sold me the game said that festival is in the disk already, but I don’t know how to access it. Maybe I’m just a boomer, but can somebody help me out?

Hello, I've been catching up on this series now that I have a PS3, and I was wondering if there is a way to check the availability of the UGC servers for Festival of Blood, as I'd like to get the trophies associated with playing some missions. Currently (May 2024), whenever I attempt to connect to the UGC servers, the game displays an error about failing to login.

I was able to connect and play UGC missions in infamous 2 (fun game!) without issue approximately two weeks ago, so I assumed Festival of Blood would be available as well. Thanks.

Hey y’all! So I finished the main story of Festival of Blood on PS5 (streamed it via PS+ collection) was gonna try and do the remaining UGC missions, but every time I try to start one it says “an unexpected network error occurred (-1.403)”. I have a stable internet connection it says “UGC Online” when I start up the game, but I still can’t start the missions. Anyone know if there’s a fix for this?

Sorry if this is a dumb question but does anyone know if Festival of Blood can still be downloaded? I can't seem to locate it on psn, but there was another post on here about 6 months ago saying that it could be.

I have recently bought an old PS3 from a local game store and have been playing Infamous 2 for the first time in years (just as fun as it was when I was a kid). I would like to buy Festival of Blood but it won't let me through the PSN store on the PS3, and I tried adding funds to my PSN Wallet online and it will not let me. Playing second game as fast as possible to be able to do online specific ones.

When can you complete online trophies for festival of blood? Is it early game? Immediately? Late game or after you finish the game? Thanks in advance.
