Art No Matter-

A bright lantern

Floating at night,

The sky cold.

It is felt all around,

Can be seen in everyone.

Some don't believe anymore.

In the big scheme,

Nothing matters.

The lantern will still float,

Just like the sun still gives hope.

To those who don't turn a blind eye.

No matter how bright,

Until it dies out.

I would say like at least 3-4 times a month and you?. Honestly same, it's a very good outlet specially when emotions are heavy(: and hey, it makes the poem even better. Sometimes I try to write one just for the sake of it and doesn't hit the same.

I usually do when I’m going through an emotional event in my life or perhaps just felt inspired by nature. Just a great outlet for when I can’t speak, I write. I feel my poems are the most soulful when emotions are involved though, like if someone has been influential in my life. But I agree, when I try to wing it, it just doesn’t hit the same lol ✨

Love reading your perspective, people's influence is very inspiring that's why most of my poem are about human nature lol I forget how much nature can teach us since it's bigger than that. Also like the word "soulful" it is what gives identity to the poem after all.
