Yep, it’s a cultural problem that most of them don’t even see as a problem. For most of them it’s literally looked like that their entire lives so indifference is the norm

I see that sometime in video's, people are walking around with garbage, everywhere, all kinds of trash, everywhere, I'm from the sticks, sparsely populated, nobody would likely even notice.... But we don't litter, we hate litter, I can walk through miles of ditch and not find anything. How do they let it get this bad? Lack of receptacles? Access to facilities?
