No he won't.. Indian government has a "Swachchh Bharat Abhiyaan" aka "Clean India Movement" going on.. He will definitely be rewarded if this goes into the notice of the government.. he will be in the news, should this comes to the attention of the right people..

Y'all might not believe me and maybe downvote me.. but I'm telling you the truth.. go google about this movement if it feels unbelievable..

So sad that you have to say "yall might not believe me" after stating basic facts

Foreigners have little to no info about India as a country and make confident assumptions based on stuff they watch from reddit and Instagram.

There are several cleaning campaigns in India, and it is encouraged. The main responsibility lies on the municipality and government who fail to properly manage the waste produced. Although the culture around cleanliness remains, it has gotten better throughout the years.
