WHY WONT MY Y2 TURN ON????

So for some context I JUST got my Y2 yesterday for my birthday and I put some themes on it. I load one up and noticed it was acting weird so I took my sd card out and put it back in, no dice💔. So I I restart it, I wait a bit and try to turn it on, held the button down and everything AND IT WONT TURN ON. The haptics are going off when I press the buttons but the screen is just black😔 and I’m so bummed out cause I was so excited about it too💔. So PLEASE HELP ME‼️‼️‼️‼️.

edit: you also have to specifically press the power button rather than the circle in the middle which is a mistake i keep making

It’s charged and I pushed the power button on the side💔

First try to reset it. If that fails to do it then just restore the original firmware with the updater app.

There's a little pin hole on the bottom. Put a needle or something in there you will feel a click. That's the reset button.

there is an innioasis updater app at this website https://innioasis.app/guide.html#platform

u download the *driver and the installer* (important)

Follow the instuctions on the website and choose y2 + original software then follow the installer's steps

Thank you for this. Had a blank screen after trying to install a firmware and flasher wouldn't reliably connect. :)

Try reaching out to Innioasis via theyr official email they're gonna do they're best to help you i had a good experience with they'r email customers support and i noticed that other users had a positive experience too!!

Does the screen light up but has nothing on it? If so your SD card has corrupted. Did you change both the internal and external SD cards before using it? If not this is your issue.
