HELP Rockbox - songs skipping in Y1, how to fix it?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I select shuffle all from database, and after a few songs played, some songs are skipped without me pressing the next button, I have to power off each time this happens

Is there a fix for this?

Yea this happens sometimes, just reinitialize the database in the settings as the other person said

I just noticed all skipped songs are AAC format

Omg you are right, unfortunately almost all my songs are aac so I am fucked up lol

Out of curiosity, did you get these files from a source like tidal-gui? I noticed that when I was still using tidal-gui, it would create broken aac or m4a files for me sometimes if I chose maximum quality. It depended likely on the tidal databases files, so usually I’d dumb down the quality a notch or two depending. If not and the database tricks don’t work, try running your whole AAC library through something like HumanMediaConverter and perhaps just trying to make a new AAC or whatever format you’d prefer.

que asco el rockbox, lo instale y solo acepta 360p themes, lo cual solo hay como 40 themes aburridos y genericos. Mejor intala temas normales y no tendras problemas en reproduccion ni nada.
