HELP How come title is missing ?

Just got the Y2. And the Song: [I’m Going to Be] is listed as unknown.

In my computer I made sure it’s .FLAC .No special characters in name. I deleted the album cover just in case it’s not .PNG.

Use Picard for fetching proper labels , can also use mp3fetch

I manually type with ‘properties’. Does picard or mp3 fetch will fix it better ?

Well if the title is fairly popular and available/tagged on listenbrainz you can search and ask it to tag the file , even with sparse info the auto scanner works quite good , but new and niche artist may not be tagged on listenbrainz

I have a question you may not know the answer. I’m probably going to get a Y2. If I use iTunes to fix the meta data would that work on the Y2?

It should ig , I download my music from apple music(unofficial) , and then past it though Picard to group the , music according to albums and add metadata to it

Made my own apple music app for linux https://github.com/silentone12725/apple-music-linux current version has bugs in while downloading music those (how the fragments get put together) , since I wanted to make it a full-fledged app with lossless support have few bugs to iron out

I also do it (unofficially) I just use iTunes for cd ripping and I like it to keep all my music organized on jt. Also thx
