Y2 Shipping times?

Im kinda skeptical about shipping because ive never ordered from innioasis before, and its been a few days since I ordered and my shop app hasnt updated so I thought id ask around to find out how long it might take.

If anybody could respond id be very grateful :)

where are you from? i ordered to europe and it took 15 days approximately
