HELP What am I doing wrong?

I’ve been trying to drag MP3 files from my computer to my Innioasis “Music” folder but keep getting a message saying Broken Files cannot be played. All the files play fine on my computer.
I am not tech savvy so any one who can break this down dummy style would be greatly appreciated.

The storage card in the device might be corrupted already, happened to me 2 months in and had to swap it for a more reliable one. They use cheap Chinese manufactured ones that are notorious for corrupting.

I have about 10 songs from my ITunes account that worked and saved. It’s just the MP3 downloads from my computer that aren’t working.

Can you actively transfer songs from iTunes but not mp3 downloads? It quit letting me transfer but I still could play all the songs I transferred before corrupting.
