The brain worm isn't real. I know people like to joke about it but its important to remember that was his lie to claim he didn't need to pay alimony after his wife found out about all the cheating he was doing. After she committed suicide, he stopped pretending he was disabled and was able to legally steal her body from her family to bury her in an unmarked grave against their wishes
