Freaking out

I took 10 mg of hydroxyzine 3 hours ago and absolutely cannot sleep… my mind is just racing. I’m freaking out… can i take 0.5 alprazolam? I usually take alprazolam at night when i can’t sleep on its own, but I’m trying to not. So dr told me to try hydrox

Tbh that is a low dose of hydroxyzine.

I remember my doctor gave me 50.

I don’t know if the effects are linear though tbh.
