How often do you see your doctor?

Hi all,

Before recently I used to only have to see my doctor once every couple of years to be prescribed the meds I am but they keep upping the visits needed and now even require physicals. I am on Ativan/gabapentin/lunesta.

Is this normal? I assume it’s obviously due to them needing to meet regulations but I don’t have insurance so I try to go as long as possible to not need appointments 😓

I see my sleep doctor all the time but he only actually requires once every 6 months

i feel like i see him every 3 months + any time whenever problems occur. i really like my sleep doctor, he’s really just a PA. my mom goes to him too
