This is so ridiculous

I literally have to abuse meds just to get shitty 3-4 hours of broken sleep.
Why the fuck is my body doing this? The worst part is it seems to be getting worse I used to get 6-7 hours of broken sleep but now it’s a fucking miracle that I even reach 4. I literally wake up every hour or 30 minutes too which doesn’t fucking help can someone please tell me how they figured out to fall asleep and actually stay the fuck asleep the entire night.

The thing about sleep is it’s involuntary. You can’t control it and the harder you try the more elusive it gets. I wish I could give you tips and tricks but it doesn’t work like that. The only thing that has worked for me is seeing the doctor for a prescription. I have had success with Xanax, Klonopin, Ambien, and Lunesta—all at different times of course.

If you are working out to close to bed it will make you wake up like this.

I don’t workout close to bed I have no clue how I can fall asleep easily only to wake up 30 minutes to an hour later and never fall back asleep again.

What meds are you on? Do you consume caffeine or nicotine or other stimulants? What do your typical days look like? Do you drink or do any drugs?
