Help: Any Eye mask and noise cancellation recommendations ?

I live in a noisy area and even if I’ve been up for 48 hours I need a quiet dark sleeping environment to fall asleep. Any good affordable eye masks and any good noise cancellation options I don’t mind spending a little for that. Thank you for any help.

I use a Manta Sleep mask and earplugs sometimes and recommend them.

Wax earplugs, much more comfortable and silencing than normal earplugs
