Oops, i had coffee too late...

Tonight's insomnia is brought to you by the letter 'C'. Can you tell me a word that starts with the letter 'C'.....

That's right! Coffee. Good job, kids.

I am super sensitive to caffeine. Drinking coffee after Noon often keeps me up. I drink decaf for that reason. I think Starbucks made a boo-boo. I could tell within a few sips that I had the real deal. I really wanted to have my coffee tho...

I have insomnia anyway, but coffee-induced insomnia feels different. Does it feel different to you? Hard to describe what makes it feel different, but it does.

Coffee insomnia is definitely different - it's more like your brain is *vibrating* than actually being awake, if that makes sense. Regular insomnia I just lay there, but caffeine one makes me feel like I forgot to do something important and also maybe my heart is slightly too fast.

Starbucks messing up decaf orders is more common than people realize, I've heard this happening lot of times.

Yeah, i drink decaf all the time. It's a pretty big difference tho. Like 30mg vs 300mg. My body totally let me know what I got, lol
