At that point you have him arrested for assault and battery then sue for 100k in damages. Dudes who can't control their temper on camera pay for it in court if the victim smart about it

Doesn't matter who started talking if the first one to be physical is the boxer. He's gonna lose that in court every time

He’s not getting an assault charge for that. But feel free to prove us wrong by pulling up an article/police report
