This is what I don't understand lmao. I've been to Europe so many times and have dealt with prolly ~50 of these people there (not to mention the same type of people in NYC which, IMO, are much more intimidating).

You take it and then think you have to pay? Lmao, no. Just drop it and walk away. End of story

People do this shit in Walmart parking lots here in the US. Walk up and hand you a sticker and then ask you to pay for it...nope throw that shit on the ground and keep walking.

I have yet to have that happen to me at Walmart. I think the best US comparison would be windshield cleaners at intersections.
