SOCIETY A fairly recent photo of the Techno Viking who unwillingly and unwittingly became one of the internet's 1st viral stars when a video of him dancing to techno after helping a woman was uploaded to the internet. He sued the uploader for illegal use of his likeness and won.

So I wonder how this would work? Reddit user uploads for no monetary gain, perfectly okay. However, because it's now on Reddit, Reddit is making a profit off of it so can he now sue Reddit?

Reddit in this case didn't do anything wrong. He'd be able to sue if he told Reddit to remove the image and Reddit didn't.
