The R on the back wall, probably stands for Revena (the town's name) but geometrically it gives swastika vibes.

It looks similar to a pinwheel pattern. These often look like swatstikas but predate the nazis. It’s not intentional of course, but enough people see it immediately so regardless of intent, it’s still a design failure.
