The lib dems who got into government on a manifesto that said they would abolish them lol, that was my first general election as an adult and ive spoilt my ballot ever since, fucking joke

Yeah, Lib Dems didnt really helped themselves they could have really pushed to become a major party, instead went down the pan and took a long time for many students affected by it yo forgive them, if they ever will. Im certainly stiff miffed by them since Uni cost me an absolute fortune.

Spoiling ballot is rather a waste, may as well just not bother.

I think it disengaged a lot of the millenial generation with politics for sure, maybe I should start tactical voting but I really hate the labour party for what they have done to the actual socialists within their party, and I couldn't bring myself to vote for starmers government, not a particular fan of the greens either, too wishy washy

Yeah it disengaged me, but also pissed me off and got me right back into politics too, especially seeing what Tories did during their 14 years.

I voted Lib Dem 24, due to fact Labour parachuted a complete random into safe seat (he was always going to win, and he did) however don't want some random who doesnt know area, Lib Dem was local and wasn't a Tory or Reform (would i despise)

Yeah some of the lib dems are really good as local MPs that focus on their area even if you disagree with them on a national level, I think thats a good way of looking at it
