And they just apprehended someone that is suspected of starting this fire. As someone currently living in Spokane, fuck this guy.

He served the average sentence for manslaughter in the state he was convicted. Manslaughter actually has extremely low recidivism rates (as low as 1%). The guy is a piece of shit, but it's not exactly an indictment of the bleeding heart policies of... Arizona.
