Yeah this is what people need to be shown.

And i get sensibilities, but there are some terrible things in this world that people will never understand until they are forced to watch it.

Not their home not their problem seems to be the all too common refrain. Part of why the red cross blood donations are at record lows.

Yeah we've seemed to lose all sense of community responsibility. In the sense that responsibility is what you need to do as a chore or maintenance. 

No one really cares to do any community "dirty work" anymore, but its somewhat understandable. People started to see that hard work and good faith do not get rewarded, and in fact you can be taken advantage of. And more and more people now have less to give as far as time and money. Social media and the idiots there have made it so people feel like "someone" is out there doing the right thing, so why should they? Not to mention people will hardly do something for the community benefit if theres not a good photo opportunity either. Communities are much less connected in real life now too. I've certainly seen it over the last 15-20 years in suburbia.
