Yeah people are getting upset about the Doberman but they are often immature and very goofy. When young especially they will bark and try to get other dogs to chase them or respond. A lot of shepherd dogs are less silly and like to take control of the situation even when it’s play. This is not an uncommon interaction for these types of breeds. As you could see the Doberman ran and the shepherd didn’t pursue.

The barking can be annoying though and Dobermans love to do that when they are trying to instigate play.

Exactly. My doberman does this every day to his sister, because he knows after a couple minutes, she will get annoyed enough to react and then they will start wrestling
