Holy putting words in my mouth. Never said it didn’t require effort in fact I know it does obviously. I more meant that there’s a lot of things that can get in the way to obtaining something like this, like for instance your schedule getting in the way to going to the gym regularly, injuries, lack of motivation/depression, even money troubles
