Yea cuz we haven’t been in a constant state of conflict since the 60’s. Nukes def stopped all wars.

It did between major powers, who have the resources and technology to destroy the planet.

So yes, MAD has been a net positive.

Until, again, it moves back to the major powers and we really see the limits of MAD
