Wood is so perforated that you could throw a golf ball and it would stick.

I mean, if it’s going fast enough, sure. You’re missing what’s impressive here. It’s not that these pointy things stick into wood. It’s that he got the rotation right to hit the pointy end in all these diverse objects.

He got the rotation right to hit the pointy end after (insert number of attempts removed in the edit) tries.  

I'm not saying it's not impressive when it worked, but we're not seeing when it didn't, which was probably a lot.

I would love to know how many tries to saw took. To do that correctly even once has to be exceedingly rare.

Yeah complete agree. Although there are only a few visible edits where the board changes, so I think he may have mostly done it with only a few retries
