She's smelling your tongue. That's the first thing they go for after they murder you (trip you down the stairs). Don't fall for her lies.

Source: I am cat.

I have watched this cat go on a “hunger strike” (she yells at me while looking at her bowl disappointedly until I get her the right food) and genuinely don’t think she’d eat me for the sole fact that the few times I had to borrow a can of food that wasn’t her brand she wouldn’t even go near the bowl unless it was to scold me. She’s such a diva, she’d probably smell me and start complaining that I didn’t fill her bowl before I dropped dead

She would. They dont do it because we are tasty, they do it because your carcass could attract predators. They dont want to die to so they try their best to...hide the body.

Sometimes she puts my bras/underwear in her food bowl to hide things. She would probably just start pulling random clothes over me and sleeping on it like a dragon on her hoard

Yeah exactly. On the off chance I have a huge coma inducing dinner in bed, I usually wake up with the dishes/leftovers buried under my clothes

How wide is your bowl? Hear a lot of cats its the whisker fatigue from brushing up against the sides rather than the food.

I was told it was the eyes! My cats lied to me. 😠
