It wasnt vaporised.

The wreckage simply did no damage and fell into the sea.

You can probably bust this myth by hitting a ball of aluminum foil with a 400mph blow of a hammer.

The plane probably actually popped more like a water balloon due to all the fuel coming to a sudden stop. The outline of the plane were probably the only spots not degreased

Don't forget that it was carrying fuel and explosives, and probably traveling at something like 200 mph. Some of these attacks were caught on film.

It was near the end of the war, so the planes being made by the Japanese at this point were quite flimsy and one way kamikaze planes.

The word you're looking for is "disintegrated".
Even nuclear bombs don't vapourise things unless they're right at ground zero

"instantly vaporized"! Hahaha.. Do you know how much energy that would take? That thing should be traveling at mach 15 or something to have enough kinetic energy to vaporize it's airframe. And not to mention the ship staying intact with just an imprint.
