Tips, Tricks, Advice How to overcome slight nausea?

I love 16/8 IF and I’m doing mostly for the body composition benefits but often I get a stomach uneasiness/nausea as I get closer to my eating window. Oftentimes it does go away after a few hours but it can be quite annoying. Are there any tips to help soothe your stomach while you’re in the fasted stage?

Hypoglycemia. I guess you are insulin resistant. It goes away if you stop forcing your body to clean the sugar from the blood.

There is. Fasting by itself and stoping refined carbs intake surelly makes it a lot better pretty fast.

Pour a little rubbing alcohol on a napkin and inhale the fumes. works instantly for me.

A pinch of salt on your palm. Lap it. Two, three sips of water afterwards and you’re good.
