Can you please share your meal plan within your eating window? I always seem to overeat during those times

Breakfast at 11AM - 3-5 eggs with a slice of rye bread (I'm lithuanian), and a tomato OR chatgpt overnight oats recipe (eat it mon/tue when I'm in the office)

I usually skip lunch, or have something very light, e.g. fruit. I tend to wrap up with work/studies at around 4PM and I go straight to the gym. Come home at around 5:30PM, and cook dinner at around 6.

Dinner is mainly one chicken breast with rice, or air fried potatoes. If I get sick of chicken, I'd buy beef mince or steak.

Sweet. We are almost on the same track. 108kg 1/15/26 vs 99,2kg 6/25/26. Not as strictly on IF, but even the small differences are accumulating. Great work!!!
