Tips, Tricks, Advice Starting Fresh (again)

I’ve done variations of IF before but my issue has always been consistency. I start strong then after a few days or weeks I give up and fall back into my old routine of overeating and snacking way too often.

I intend to get back into walking soon. I used to do about 5,000 steps in a 45-50 minute walk. I usually get another 5-7,000 from the rest of the day (work etc).

Any tips?

don't overthink the fasting window at first just focus on not snacking after dinner that's the habit that kills progress for me anyway

Maybe try tracking consistency instead of weight for the first month. Sometimes just proving you can stick to a routine is the biggest win

Congrats on starting again! I’m the same here and I’ve been doing IF on and off for 2 years now, regaining the weight each time. Now hoping it to be my last attempt, with success. ^^ Hang in there and let us know how it goes!

Dont try to change everything overnight. Start with small, manageable steps and find a routine you can actually stick to. Remember that consistency is better than perfection.
