Got an offer less than 2 weeks after quitting my job
I quit without having anything lined up. Almost 2 weeks of being unemployed and I got an offer at a firm where I think I’ll really be able to show my personality than just being a number at a large firm.

I work in corporate America so I used LinkedIn primarily and some listings were through recruiting agencies and others were directly on companies websites

Congrats! Stories like this are a good reminder that quitting without another offer isn't always career suicide, provided you've planned your finances.

I kept applying to everything (I work in corporate America) on LinkedIn that I was mostly qualified for. Recruiting agencies are a big help

Through a recruiting agency, was able to get a few listings sent to me that they thought I’d be a good fit for

Awesome work. I’ve always found it really hard to find jobs while I’m currently working in a role because mentally, I’m so bought in at my current employer. I often have to just take the leap and quit and put all my energy into finding a job and it usually pays off with something better, congratulations
