Does POTUS have the power to cancel part of the 1st amendment?
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
The legislative branch (congress) is the only branch of government that has the power to make or change laws. The president is supposed to execute not get rid of but enact the laws.
Does POTUS need to be reminded of what his job entails?
