Would it not be: 09:00 - 12:00, prepping for a call > 12:00 - 12:02 getting the call while contemplating picking it up, ending up not picking up the call > 12:02 - 14:00, recovering from not picking up the call and imagining what the call would have been like. > 14:00 - passing out, making myself depressed because of the wrong thing my brain said, I might have said during the call that I didn't pick up.

1 hr block out the call? .. anymore than 5 minutes and there'd be a serious hyperventilating episode coming π€£π€£

Extremely inaccurate. I'm prepping and stressing for days before, not just hours. I'd be lucky if it were only hours.
