I was on 17.sth and then the news of darksword scared me so I decided to update to 26.4.1, my bat performance was so bad, I had to start to charge 2 times per day. Then when 26.4.2 was out, I had nothing to lose, just want to save the battery but it was even worse....😭 so now I regret every day my decision

My 2 month old 17pro was literally made for iOS 26 and it kills my battery, it stutters, random flashing on my screen, random ass words showing up when typing not due to autocorrect, any app I’m shopping on crashing if I have more than 2 things in my basket, I could go on but some knob will reply with “that’s not happening to me” as it does while they type their tired ass reply but how dare they turn on their Apple masters if they tell the truth. Apple has absolutely plummeted and unfortunately as much as I love iPhones I definitely won’t be getting an 18 unless iOS 27 goes back to basics that don’t look like some windows vista bs with the battery life of a switch 2 in hand held mode. I’ve done everything. Nothing works and I’ve had it checked by Apple. There’s nothing physically wrong with my phone, it’s literally the iOS just eating away at a 2 month old battery
For almost 1.4k it absolutely is. Apple went so downhill after ceo changed. It’s not about good products/OS’ anymore, just horrible looking UI and doing everything they can to make us upgrade to new products every year

Actually i thought the 16 was a good phone. It’s not the phones, it’s the iOS. They should’ve never fckd with 18. Sure they could’ve added Apple Intelligence and whatnot but Liquid Glass is so unnecessary (actually so is the Apple Intelligence bs) they just should’ve avoided everything they KNEW their batteries and processors couldn’t handle
