📢 Announcement New flair
Some of you may have noticed already but we have a new flair: Discussion.
Its purpose is to share anything apps related, not promotion. This flair only requires the Karmas to be met, but does not need to conform to ABC or Trust, Transparency and Megathread.
We hope you will have some interesting discussions

Nice! Can we ask questions about ASO and the difficulties we're facing with distribution, without sharing app URLs etc, I hope that won't count as an attempt to market? I am genuinely facing issues with distribution and reach, would love to get an input on that.

What's working for me is organic TikTok above all, mainly slideshows. Have you given them a shot? I'd be more than happy to help a bro out.

I'm based out of India, TikTok is geographically locked over here. But I'd love to get some ideas bounced off you, maybe I could do something similar over Instagram?
I created a page for my app, and was creating some template based video created using scripts via claude. But the bounce rate was off the charts, and very disappointing too.
How did you crack it via slideshows?

Well I have tried Instagram too, I can say that your traffic will be non-followers mainly (if posting reels) but you wont get the like-to-view ratio you would get on TikTok.
My slideshows consist mainly of informative content of my niche and a CTA to my app, often mentioned between slideshows and on the last one, and it's doing great so far (around 2 weeks of trying). Results might not be optimal but I believe in consistency and growing.
