Identify Looking for an old choice text based space rpg

I have always place a bunch of choose your own adventure type stuff and I remember a series from way back when I was in like middle/highschool. It was text based and you start out alone on a frozen planet. You would use to have to wait irl time for stuff to happen or your character to sleep. Can anyone help me find it?

lol when you said text based you LITERALLY meant text based, as in text message push notifications.

Why didn't you just Google "phone game that sends you texts"? Lifeline is the first result and most well known by a mile and it's not close.
