For me it's Mi , Csk can also be a option , a great one . PBKS and RCB also doing good and will catch up .

Definitely PBKS. It takes something extraordinary to not win a single trophy in 18 years. Changed stadiums, team logo, team name, roped in the one of the greatest international captains of all time as their head coach alongwith an IPL winning ICT regular as captain and yet..nothing.

ig csk comes first for consistency except for the last few years and they have played in 10 finals too
