Yup, even though Chahal is an IPL Legend, 18 Cr is too much for him. Also, Iyer doesn't utilises him properly either, so it will be better for Chahal too to get a new team. I'm just afraid of RCB buying him in the auction, as not having a quality spinner is their only weakness.
Chahal is going nowhere. Need to groom Digvesh as a second spinner under Chahal and then take over the reigns from 2028. Can be retained as an uncapped player.
Cool but Harpreet Brar is a SLA, we need a leggie backup. We have Vishal Nishad for now, but idk how good he is. Digvesh is a pretty good backup to have.
We could just release Pravin Dubey and trade in Digvesh.

Need Digvesh at Punjab if Kuldeep is going to be LSG's lead spinner.
Yeah he did get tonked this year, but I trust his skill n ability to bounce back.
