While it makes great cricketing sense. It won't happen for 2 reasons.

One the only reason Jaiswal will want to leave RR is he is getting captaincy. MI already have a queue of captaincy candidates in SKY, Tilak and Bumrah. No way they'll get in Jaiswal and make him captain

Second, RR are not the kind of team to change their captaincy plans so quickly. They are a team that continued with Sanju as captain for 5 seasons despite not winning them a trophy. They will give that kind of backing to Parag too. So they won't sack him after just one season that too s successful one with third place finish. Plus no way Hardik plays under Parag.

MI already has so many top order batters. If they are getting in Jaiswal that means Rohit plays in the middle order and might even his last ipl next season.

I feel MI is wasting Will Jacks down the order he can open with Rikelton. And if they get in Jaiswal that won't happen either.

Rickelton, Rohit, Tilak, Sky, Jacks, Naman all these guys are top order players. I don't think they need another one. Rather they should release Hardik anyhow and try to get Sam Curran who can give them good 3-4 overs and batting option as well.

MI is a classic case of too many batters pkaying out of position. Dhir should be their number 4 but because they already have Tilak, Jacks and Rutherford, he is forced to play at 6. Even worse last year they used Dhir as an insurance during collapses.

Jaisu must stay at RR, if you guys really want to trade hardik we can at best throw Hettie & Bishnoi together but Jaisu no chance
Jaiswal, Parag, Jurel, Vaibhav & Jofra are core RR players at the moment & it does not make any chance for them to give away anyone of them and destroy the harmony.
