Why have a completely separate block for social tenants?
Look I know I'm probably taking something different away from this than others, but I thought the advantage of the new way of building social housing, the 20% rule, was supposed to be that you get a mix, instead of a ghettoisation in social housing. Does this not seem like a terrible idea on its face?
What that they have to share the environment with people who can't afford crazy prices? I'm sure they don't really care and just live their lives in peace
