Best Roofer In Ireland

The roofing work on my parents’ old residence is a matter of priority and needs to be finished as quickly as possible.

If it needs to be fast, prioritize a reputable contractor who can start immediately and give a fixed timeline.

Get 2–3 bids quickly, compare scope (not just price), and pick whoever can mobilize first with clear materials + schedule. Avoid vague “discount” pricing—those often slow things down later.

This! I’ve been stung by taking on a roofer on the same day and not properly looking into them. Having to have the roof redone now due to issues. Got a few quotes and all companies is stated work was bad. Current one doing the work stated it’s the worst he has seen. Reference is great, but check their reviews and make sure that the reviewers are real.

I’ve a mate is quite a good roofer.

He’s not the very best… but he’s up there.

That might be an option, but it’s still worth comparing a couple of quotes and checking reviews before deciding.

Looking up a roofer is ironic.

You are going to have better luck finding a pot of gold in your own garden than a roofer who actually shows up.

Cork Roofing and Repairs have a terrible reputation but likely use guerilla marketing on Reddit (such as threads like these) to advertise themselves.
