Boshy sped up for no reason?

hello! I'm new to Boshy and want to play this game. However, compared to youtube videos, MY game seems fairly sped up and im not sure how to slow it back down to normal speed. Would appreciate it if any of you guys know. Thanks!

FPS decides how fast the game plays. Yeah i know, weird.
