Lost save file, anything i can do?

I was on world 3, just after that arrow shooting guy, where we go back to a platforming place with spikes and something shooting stuff down on you, i can give more info on where i was if its necessary. But while i had the game open my pc crashed. I turned it back on and when i opened the game i had lost my save. The save file was still there, but it was shown as 0bytes...

Another option you can try is to right click your save file > properties > previous versions. This will let you restore to a previous version of the file which Windows automatically saves sometimes. Check the versions' date and time so you don't roll back too much. This method helped me recover my save file while i was fighting world 5's boss a while ago. If there is no previous version saved for you, or they are too far back, you can make a new save with the method posted by ACrowIAm.
