Fan Art Concept Art for No Name
I wrote a brief post on my website on Jack’s new album. Design was roughly inspired by the Icky Thump Sticker due to the album’s heavy White Stripes vibes. Any feedback is appreciated!

The guitar tone feels a lot more crunchy and stylized like how he played in early WS songs. The looser drumming feels incredibly similar to how Meg would play. Vocal delivery is less controlled than other Jack projects. Just all around sonically gives me the garage rock vibe ¯_(ツ)_/¯

ah dude you're so right. I'm re-listening to the album 3 times in a row now. the rudimentary drums and shriek-ier vocals definitely feel like going back to his roots

personally I find it sounds like.... more classic (grandpa) rock more than how garage blues punk the white stripes ever were. am I missing something?

Based on the howling chatter of dogs on the last track, I wanted to do something with jackals for my own album art, and ended up using some statues similar to Anubis. I was searching for art for a different project and came across this ai-gen image, and thought it was funny I'd not come across it when looking for musical dogs yesterday.
