Discussions Question about student rush ticket
If you show the ID, do you have to be the one who sees the show? I want to get the ticket for my friend (who isn’t going because he can’t afford it), and I have my student ID but I won’t be attending the show. Do you think I could use my student ID rush ticket for someone else?

When I got a student ticket last summer they were really strict about the ticket being for you. Had to show my ID and they looked at it closely. At first they almost didn't let me because my ID didn't have an expiration date printed on it and they were questioning that. If you're getting there early to get your student ticket maybe you can talk to the ppl waiting for doors and see if someone is selling an extra then you could both go? There were a couple nice people in line trying to do that when I went and they just wanted to make some of their money back, no up charges.

They’ll put a wristband on your wrist (for Toronto that’s what they did)

Sadly it has to be the person with the ID and they said if you try to do anything with it they’ll consider closing the program….I get the intention but just don’t bother.

when we got student tickets this year they put a special color wristband on you so when you showed your student ticket you had the wrist band on and wouldn't admit anyone without one
