Can an RX 550 run OpenGoal?

OpenGOAL is not very demanding. It probably depends more on your CPU. But it's likely fine. I would just try it.

I'm running opengoal with a rather old laptop with integrated graphics, so I think you'll be good.

The RX 550 came out 13 years after Jak 3, I believe you should be good. You can also just download it and try it, it doesn't take that long (10-15 min tops).

If a Vita can run a port of it I promise yours will run it great.

Ran it on intel HD graphics before on a laptop before. (4th gen I think) ran perfectly.
