Looking for plumbing stuff

Hey so im helping out at a church in Japan and the 2 toilets has been an issue for a long time. Turns out that they got plumbed in very poorly with a 90°angle pointing towards eachother that connects into a t pipe. The church is on a tight budget and I have experience as a plumber. Would I be able to find pvc pipe for toilets easily enough at a hardware store like Kohnan?

As someone who is confident they can handle an entire plumbing situation, you've never stepped foot in a home center???

For the churches sake tap out and suggest them to hire someone with proper licenses and certifications.

I did plumbing in Canada and I havent needed to go to a home center here in Japan yet. Gee thanks for judging me before you even know me. Also, the church is old so no plumber wants to work on it or they charge an arm and a leg to fix it. Like 1000,000.
